Whole Body Pelvic Health Mentorship

She has already told you. You just did not have the ears for it yet.

The leaking, the heaviness, the pressure, the fear of running or lifting or laughing. It is sitting in your classes now, in the bodies of women you already know well.

This mentorship gives you the understanding, the assessment skills and the confidence to work with those women, using a whole body, fascia informed approach that works with their symptoms rather than against them.

Why this work matters

You have been teaching for years. You know your repertoire, you know your clients, you know how to make a class land. Then somebody stays behind afterwards and quietly tells you that she leaks when she runs. Or that something feels like it is falling. Or that she has been told to stop lifting anything heavy, and she has three children and a full life and no idea how she is supposed to do that.

And in that moment you have a choice. You can say what most of us were taught to say, which is that she needs to see somebody else. Or you can say yes.

I have spent years learning how to say yes to that woman. Not with a protocol, and not with more pelvic floor squeezes, but with a way of looking at the whole body that changes what you

How the work unfolds

The mentorship builds in layers. Each stage rests on the one before it, so that by the time you are working with a real woman you are not applying a checklist, you are thinking.

WBPH ON DEMAND FOR TEACHERS

As this work has grown, so has the need for a different kind of support for teachers.

Whole Body Pelvic Health is now also a mentorship and training pathway for Pilates teachers and movement professionals who want to go deeper.

To understand pelvic health through a whole-body lens. To move beyond muscle-only cueing. To work with fascia, adaptability, and real-life complexity.

This isn’t about adding more exercises but about learning how to see differently and genuinely help the women who come to your classes with pelvic health problems. How to think, observe, and respond to the body in front of you.

Every year I run a 6 month Whole Body Pelvic Health Teacher Mentorship. The 2027 waitlist is now open.

In the meantime, for those who want to get stuck in, I have created an online self-led version. This is also a great warm up course to do leading up to the mentorship.

"The thing I come back to time and again is how you start with the person, and what’s important to them - and where they want to be at the end of the session."
