But it didn’t begin as a method.
It began with me—trying to understand my own body.
After my experience of pelvic floor dysfunction, I found myself doing everything I’d been told… and still not feeling better. That frustration became curiosity. And that curiosity turned into decades of learning, teaching, and working with thousands of women.
What started as a personal journey has grown into something much bigger.
Not just a method—but a body of work that now supports both women and the teachers who guide them.
Whole Body Pelvic Health is an integrated, movement-based approach to pelvic health.
It moves beyond the idea that the pelvic floor can be treated in isolation or that symptoms can be resolved through strengthening alone.
Instead, it understands the body as a connected system — where breath, fascia, nervous system, posture, and movement all influence pelvic health.
This work is grounded in:
– Pilates lineage and principles
– fascia and biotensegrity
– whole-body coordination and adaptability
– lived experience of real bodies
At its core, this approach recognises:
The pelvic floor is not separate from the rest of the body.
And lasting change comes from restoring relationships — not isolating parts.
The Whole Body Pelvic Health Membership is where this work comes to life.
It’s where you begin to understand your body in a completely different way and feel the difference in how you move.
Inside, we bring together movement, education, and support to help you:
– reconnect with your body
– restore coordination and function
– move with confidence again
This is a guided process so you’re no longer guessing, second-guessing, or wondering if you’re doing it “right.”
You’re learning how your body works…
and how to work with it but most importantly, gaining back your freedom to leave the house without panty liners, run, jump and exercise without the fear of leaks and potentially avoid surgery.
As this work has grown, so has the need for a different kind of support for teachers.
Whole Body Pelvic Health is now also a mentorship and training pathway for Pilates teachers and movement professionals who want to go deeper.
To understand pelvic health through a whole-body lens.
To move beyond muscle-only cueing.
To work with fascia, adaptability, and real-life complexity.
This isn’t about adding more exercises but about learning how to see differently and genuinely help the women who come to your classes with pelvic health problems.
How to think, observe, and respond to the body in front of you.
Every year I run a 6 month Whole Body Pelvic Health Teacher Mentorship. The 2027 waitlist is now open.
In the meantime, for those who want to get stuck in, I have created an online self-led version. This is also a great warm up course to do leading up to the mentorship.
