Teaching is not about memorising exercises.
It’s about understanding people — over time.
Teachers don’t struggle because they lack information.
They struggle because they are left to make sense of it alone.
My work sits in that space.
Bringing together tradition, science, and real bodies —
so you can teach with clarity, not guesswork.
You teach people, not Pilates.
The body is connected, adaptable, and never just one thing.
Strength matters.
Understanding matters more.
You’re not meant to have all the answers.
But you are capable of finding them.
I don’t believe teachers struggle because they lack information.
They struggle because they’re often left alone to bridge the gap between:
traditional Pilates principles
emerging research in fascia, pain science, and biotensegrity
and the real bodies standing in front of them every day
My work sits in that gap.
We teach people, not Pilates.
Confidence comes from understanding why, not performing how.
Fascia doesn’t replace principles — it explains them.
Practice is essential — not for perfection, but for curiosity.
Teaching shouldn’t feel lonely.
And depth — not hype — is what sustains a long career!

In-person and online spaces to think deeply, practise, and evolve.

A professional home for teachers who want conversation, depth, and continuity.

Specialist pathway: For teachers wanting to integrate pelvic health into their work through a whole-body lens.
second-generation Pilates teacher
I’m a second-generation Pilates teacher, Polestar educator, studio owner, mentor, and lifelong student of the body.
I’ve taught thousands of sessions to real people, in real bodies, across decades of life.
I teach internationally, including for Pilates Anytime, and I continue to bridge classical principles with contemporary movement science.
But what matters most is this:
I care deeply about teachers staying in this profession — with curiosity, confidence, and self-respect.
My international bestselling book HOPE for Your Pelvic Floor offers a different conversation around pelvic health.
This is not about weakness.
And it is not something you simply have to live with.
It’s an invitation to understand your body differently —
as connected, responsive, and capable of change.
A book for women who have been left without answers,
and are ready for something more honest, more hopeful, and more whole.
“This book really opened my eyes to the way our bodies work. I just find it mind blowing that as women we aren’t taught how our bodies really work and the importance of a responsive pelvic diaphragm on our whole body.”

— finding their own groove, specialism, and authentic voice. You encourage us to prioritise our own development, stretch beyond our comfort zones, and truly honour ourselves as professionals.
I believe your own practice is essential — not to be perfect, but to be curious.
I believe questions are a sign of intelligence, not weakness.
And I believe teaching well is a lifelong process of listening, sensing, adapting, and learning.
